Dr. Fred J. Mora, Jr., PsyD., President & CEO
Dr. Fred Mora serves as the President & CEO of the Human Resources Consortium, Inc. Dr. Mora provides strategic planning, direction and public relations for the HRC. Dr. Mora has over 30 years of experience as a HR management consultant in the Central San Joaquin Valley and is a seminar and workshop speaker of a variety HR and employment labor law issues. For 9 years, Dr. Mora served as a full-time professor at Fresno Pacific University in the School of Business, and continues to serve in an adjunct professor capacity. He has instructed at California State University Fresno, Fresno City College and the Craig School of Business. Dr. Mora possesses a Masters degree in organizational behavior and has a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Behavior and is a practicing organizational psychologist.

Fred J. Mora III, MA, Vice President
Mr. Fred Mora III serves as the Vice President of the Human Resources Consortium, Inc., and oversees its day-to-day administrative, operational and marketing functions. In addition, Mr. Mora services organizations as an “outsource” HR consultant and regularly meets with business executives, owners and their employees servicing their HR needs. Mr. Mora frequently serves as an instructor teaching on a variety of general business, human resources management and employment labor law topics. Mr. Mora currently has a Masters Degree in Education and Curriculum Development and has served as a public school teacher, adjunct professor at National University and Fresno Pacific University in Fresno, CA.

Lee Mora, CFO & Business Office Director
Ms. Lee Mora serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Business Office Director of the Human Resources Consortium, Inc. and oversees the organization's finances, business office functions and customer service relations. Ms. Mora continuosly strives to maintain the best in customer service to our Associates and vendors. In addition, Ms. Mora oversees accounts payables and receivables, billing, and customer service inquiries.
