Most HRC products can be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of merchandise (*certain restrictions may apply for online or digital merchandise orders, such as, but not limited to, forms, documents, and manuals/handbooks that are downloaded from the Human Resources Consortium's website or submitted via e-mail are not eligible for a return or exchange).

If a customer did not receive their digital product, or the digital product arrived to the customer corrupted, the HRC, on a per case basis, may review the circumstances and, if appropriate, resubmit the digital product.

Returned items must arrive to us in new condition and in its original package (if applicable). Merchandise that is scratched or otherwise damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. A minimum 15% restocking charge will apply to merchandise returned for refund after 15 days from date of purchase.

When you receive your products, please inspect them and report any defects or shipping damage to us immediately. Returns on damaged or defective products must be made within 15 days of receipt.
