Corporate Training
For oranizations looking to provide on-site training to their workers, corporate training is made available through the Corporate University. Many, if not all of our courses currently offered are available as corporate training. Corporate training has been proven to greatly benefit businesses, especially during tough economic times. Continuing education courses are available for individuals and/or professionals looking to meet continuing ed requirements as outlined under a recognized credential, license or professional certification.  Most courses offered by the Corporate University are eligible for CEU hours/credit. The Corporate University currently recognizes CEUs for the following certifications/licenses:

  • RCF Administrators (ARF, GH, and RCFE Programs)
  • HRCI Recertification (PHR, SPHR, CA-PHR, CA-SPHR, GPHR) - Pending Approval

Online TrainingOnline Training

Online training is now available through the Corporate University.  Online courses offer the freedom and convenience for individuals, professionals, students, managers, supervisors and employees to enhance their skills at their own pace.  Our online classes make available the same course content as offered in our seminars / workshops. This was done to provide the online learner the same opportunity as if they attended an actual seminar.

Our online classes include professionally designed instructional presentations with outstanding and supportive supplemental materials. All our courses include audio narration by the actual course instructor which greatly enriches overall learning. Quizzes assess content knowledge and provide the means for the learner to retain key points throughout the learning process. Certificates of completion are provided.

A Webinar, much like a Webcast, is a training event that has a single presenter, or multiple presenters and is conducted over the Internet. A Webinar has moderated interaction, and can prove to be a great tool when trying to reach and benefit the most people at any given time. Using a Webinar for training allows freedom from time and distance constraints for employees and business operators.

The HRC is proud to extend this service and benefit at no cost to our Members and Associate Members. Corporate University Webinars are available to non-members for a modest enrollment fee.

Master's Certificates of Professional DevelopmentMaster's Certificates of Professional Development

Master's Certificates of Professional Development (MCPD) are offered as a form of extended education to individuals and professionals alike who wish to greatly expand their knowledge and skills in one of three concentrations:

  • Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM)
  • Supervisory and Management Development (SMD)
  • Management and Organizational Development (MOD)
The concentrations focus within the fields of business, managment, operations, human resources, and organizational behavior and development. Master's Certificates are not certifications, credentials or licenses requiring CEU hours to maintain them. Each certificate program sets the learner on a path of a pre-established curricula of courses specifically chosen to provide the learner an indepth knowledge of the subject matter associated with their concentration. Once the learner has completed the required courses for their concentration, they will receive a professional certificate which can be framed and displayed in an office or home.

HRC Corporate University Referral Discount Program

Referral Discount Program

The Corporate University's Referral Discount Program extends a 50% discount against the regular price of any seminar (in-class) course to an individual that refers another individual to the Corporate University.

The referred person must pay for and attend an actual seminar course being offered by the Corporate University. Referral discounts are good for up to 12-months from date of issue. They can only be used toward a live (in-class) seminar/workshop (discounts currently do not apply toward online courses). Referral discounts are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one (1) referral discount per referred individual. There is no limit on the number of referrals you’re able to provide.
