HRC Business Referral Program
Terms & Conditions

Definition of a Business Referral
A qualified business referral must be a bona fide business, currently conducting or engaged in doing business; may also be a business that is currently getting started and becoming established; can be any type of organization and industry that the referrer personally feels may genuinely benefit from professional human resources management outsourcing assistance, social security administration ticket to work, business startup, and/or business setup/incorporation services provided by the HRC.

Referring Business to the HRC
The referrer, under these terms and conditions, may submit a business referral to the HRC at any time.  It is agreed that the referrer shall not make promises or issue any warranty either expressed or implied pertaining to the goods or services offered by the Company unless authorized in writing by the HRC to do so.  Furthermore, the referrer is not authorized to service and/or negotiate contracts or agreements with the business being referred on behalf of the HRC.

Submission of Referrals
Business referrals may be submitted to the HRC at the convenience of the referrer.  The HRC shall not exercise control and/or set any limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make at any time.  Referrals may be submitted very simply by going to the HRC’s website or completing a business referral form.  The referrer must fill out the referral form completely in order to receive proper credit for their referral.

Treatment of Submitted Business Referrals
Once the HRC receives a business referral, a professional contact will be made to the business that is being referred.  The HRC will make every effort to schedule an appointment with the referred organization in an effort to share with them what the HRC is all about, determine their need, and communicate applicable services.  It is understood that it is at the discretion of the referred business to determine if they have a need for HR outsourcing and whether or not to establish a business relationship with the HRC.

Communication
The HRC may communicate with the referrer as to the status of their referral if the referrer so elects.  The HRC may also inform the referrer when the organization that was referred establishes a business relationship with the HRC.  Any questions about a referral may be addressed by calling the HRC at (559) 227-6115, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Reliance on Information Received
The HRC shall not be responsible for any errors that may result from the HRC’s reliance on business referral information submitted.  It is agreed and understood that the referrer include as much information about the referral, using the online form.

Payment of Referral Bonus
The HRC will provide the referrer a “Referral Bonus” equal to 50% of the collected, first month’s payment if a 12-month good faith agreement is signed, not to exceed $300.00.  If a “fee-for-service” agreement is established, the referrer shall receive a “Referral Bonus” equal to 10% of the initial advance payment collected by the HRC, not to exceed $300.00.  The referred business must maintain a business relationship with the HRC for a minimum of 1 month or 30 calendar days.  Once the referral bonus has been paid, the referrer shall not be eligible for any other compensation for the referred business.

The referral bonus shall be paid out via check and payable to the referring business’ name or the name of the referrer, whichever is indicated on the referral form submitted.  Referral bonuses will be processed within 10 business days after the minimum 1 month or 30 calendar day period has been met.

Cancellation of Referral Bonus
If the referred business cancels or terminates their Agreement with the HRC before the minimum 1 month or 30 calendar days period is met, the referrer will not be entitled to the referral bonus.
